Winemaking
Every cellar houses an oenologist’s team, which carefully follows every single phase of the process: from harvesting to wine making and bottling, ensuring high quality standards and maximum production efficiency.

In 2011 the first factory in APULIA was built

Latentia buys the winery VILLA FRATTINA in Prata di Pordenone

Latentia increases its share capital with the entrance to the 50% of MACK & SCHUHLE AG

Changes of the Company name to ``Mack & Schuhle Italia`` for a shared corporate identity with the M&S group.
Certifications
All our plants have IFS, BRC and COPBIO-SIEGEL certification, a prerequisite for trading in organic food. We select our wines with care and perform extensive checks to ensure that our products meet rigorous standards.
